ADELAIDE'S HOTTEST SUMMER BARS ARE AT STATION LANE
The new Station Lane precinct starts at everybody's favourite, Sean's Kitchen. I know I don't need to tell you much about world-renowned chef, Sean Connolly’s, award-winning New York-inspired brasserie, because either you've already been or have read about it in my previous post, so let's move on to the newbies on the block!
Now, onto my new favourite (shhh... don't tell the others), The Jacob's Creek Le Petit Rosé Bar (oh là là). When you walk down Station Lane and enter Le Petit Rosé Bar, you'll find a gorgeous wall covered in pink roses (where you'll find all the biddies taking photos this summer) but if you move on a little further, you'll strike gold... the frosé!! Oh the frosé! The moment it hit my lips, I knew it would be my official drink for this summer. Combining rose, vodka, sugar syrup and crushed ice (in peach or passionfruit) once you try one, you'll be hooked!
Now if you're thinking, 'gosh, I'll never convince my guy to come to a frosé bar with me...' fear not, I have 3 words that will do all the work for you... Barossa Bar + Grill. In collaboration with Jacob’s Creek, Barossa Bar + Grill offers punters a taste of our country’s most famous wine region, featuring regional produce and wine from local producers. Come for lunch, dinner or a late-night snack: they’re open till 2am every night of the week and 24 hours on weekends (the perfect spot to come after a long day at the cricket if you ask me!).
Lastly, summer wouldn't be complete without a bit of Pimm's, am I right? Lucky for us, Station Lane also features the Pimm’s Garden Bar! Enjoy Pimm’s cocktails, live entertainment and delicious food in a cute little garden setting with indoor and outdoor seating available. And if you're super duper cool like me, you'll rock up in a matching outfit (jokes, it was a total accident).
So, there you have it friends, the perfect combination of bars and eateries for the ultimate summer location. It's fair to say that if at any point you don't know where I am, just look for me down Station Lane.
